It’s my great pleasure to announce that the Brian Nadjiwon Scholarship has been officially adopted by Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia Foundation! This scholarship is now one of a suite of excellent scholarships that the Foundation administers to support geoscience and engineering students in BC.
It has been just over a year since Brian’s passing, and Brian’s friends and family were grateful to be able to celebrate the creation of this scholarship as they looked back on the last year. It has been a lot of hard work to get the scholarship this far, and we are very grateful for the support from Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and from our many wonderful donors.
The next steps for the scholarship are for EGBC to finalize the scholarship page, for us to continue fundraising, and finally, for the first round of applications to come in for the fall of 2022!
